My work for Avenue Homes spanned a wide range of marketing collateral and visual assets. I introduced a new, cohesive design style that was rolled out across their flyers, brochures, promotional giveaways, billboards, outdoor construction banners, and sales presentations. The goal was to modernize their visual identity while staying true to the warmth and community focus of their brand. From digital touchpoints to printed materials, every piece was crafted to reflect their core values of smart investment, better living, and love for LA’s neighborhoods. The collaboration was not only productive but creatively energizing for both Avenue’s marketing team and myself.
