As the Art Director at Banc of California for nearly a decade, I led the development and execution of all visual design across the organization. From digital marketing to internal communications, I was responsible for creating cohesive, high-impact visuals that reflected the bank’s core values and growth as a California institution. Over the years, I helped evolve the brand to meet changing business goals, ensuring every design spoke with clarity, purpose, and professionalism.

One of my most enduring contributions was building the bank’s brand guidelines from the ground up—defining everything from typography and color systems to photography style, layout grids, and voice. These guidelines became the foundation for all creative output, ensuring a unified brand experience across departments, agencies, vendors, and platforms. I maintained and evolved these standards over the years, balancing consistency with creative flexibility as the brand matured.

Over the years, I played a key role in shaping how clients, employees, and partners experienced the Banc of California brand across every touchpoint. From maintaining the corporate website to producing print and digital campaigns, and developing signage for branches and events. My work extended to executive presentations, internal communications, and branded collateral for business units. I also designed email and social media campaigns, supported community sponsorships, and created cohesive visuals for major events. Across every channel, I remained focused on delivering consistent, high-quality design rooted in brand standards and storytelling.
